Beverly Group Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Singapore registered Qingdao Investments Pte Ltd.  Since 1980, Beverly Group’s founder, Mr Lim Seak Koon was involved in construction and development of residential projects, golf and country club, mixed-used and hospitality projects in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia. Some of the projects includes Parc Haven and Chuan Vista in Singapore and Guangzhou Dolce Vita and Guangzhou International Golf Club in China.

With its office based in Kuala Lumpur, the Group’s current focus is Malaysia and has a pipeline of projects.  The group’s flagship project in Kuala Lumpur is Marc Service Residence which was completed in 2007. Beverly Group officially launched its latest project, 28 Boulevard on 21 March 2015.  This is a 11.07-acre mixed development designed for 2 towers of SOHO, 2 towers of service apartments and 2 levels of commercial units.  In Year 2013, Beverly Group acquired 16.5 acre of freehold land in Wangsa Maju and in the following year, secured a 16-acre of land at Taman Equine’s town centre.

Other multi-national companies include CapitaLand Group (a Singapore Government-linked Company), ING Real Estate Management (part of ING Group Holland) and Lai Sun Group (a conglomerate company listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange).
